Resolving Service Restrictions

Why could my service be restricted?

Your service could be restricted if a bill hasn't been paid 14 days after it's due. Bills are usually due on the first of each month.

A restriction may also be placed if your call usuase is unusually high. We'd always get in touch to make sure everything is okay and that you're aware of your charges.

Lifting my restriction

In the event of an overdue bill, we'd ask you to bring your account up-to-date to resume your service. Once this is done, service will be resumed within 24 hours. If you've been restriced due to high usuage, we may sometimes ask for a partial payment towards the balance.
