What causes a service restriction?
Service restrictions are placed when an invoice payment exceeds 14 days since the payment due date (Normally the first working day of the month).
A restriction may also be placed due to high usage, for example excessive call use. In this situation, you will be contacted to make you aware of the charges and asked whether you want this service to be resumed.
Lifting my restriction
To have a partial or complete restriction lifted from your line you'll have to pay everything you owe Origin. Your services will then be reconnected automatically. In most cases this will resume your services in full within 4 hours however in some cicumstances this can take up to 24 hours.
